The features of Magpul UBR are well acclaimed by the users and has pin-pointed specially on its - Adjustable stock for AR15/M16 / Fixed check piece / Proprietary looking system /front and read referable push button / accommodating large bore AR calibers./ Compatible with carbine buffers and action spring / Rubber butt pad . Apart from its unbelievably cool look, it is in demand for its fixed cheekpiece facilitating your adjustable Magpul stock and a consistent cheekweld too. You will have same piece of smoothness each and every time wherever your length of pull is set. Magpul UBR carries a few specifications a) Weight, w/ Entry Receiver Extension: 1.63 lb. b) Weight: 1.46 lb. c) Length, Stock: 8.00-11.36 in. d) LOP Adjustment: 7-Position (0.56 in. / position) 8) LOP Adjustment: 3.36 in. Even it adjusts smaller shooters. The whole piece is well made. The UBR functions very smooth. The length of pull adjustment is crisp with a nice audible snap. It remains locked when you have locked it. The UBR is hell bent for stout. The fixed cheekpiece is a godsend. Shooting is computable. The Magpul UBR has reversible sling swivel attachment points and carries a nifty little storage area. You can also add an aluminum strike plate if you want to perform various breaching operations as well as Close Quarters Battle butt-stroking maneuvers. It is husky. Some users may find a bit problem. For benchrest shooting, it makes a concern. But if you are choosing to build a lightweight carbine, you may prefer another model i.e. Magpul’s stocks. The UBR just weighs too much. One must try for muscle it around. However, this gun’s status ranks as stationary scope tester. While taking an Overall Rating, it is the best. It has got a consistent cheekweld and still adjusts the length of pull for smaller shooters or for bulky. UBR is undoubtedly well-built and will most likely outlast all users. However, it’s just too heavy. Everybody wishes to see a lighter model by Magpul within some time. This design is just too cool to not get some R&D tweaking.
