This beautiful series is written three great personalities namely Kevin, Michael and Rockne. The storyline is something interesting as it tells us about the future of the Earth and is based in the year of 2046. The planet Earth has been radically changed and not only humans are now inhabited in it but also aliens collectively known as Votan. The series pursue the main lead Joshua Nolan and his irathient daughter Irisa who tries to make their city a happy place to live. Votans had initially thought that the earth was inhabited and that is the only planet which is livable after their planet was destroyed in star collision but upon arriving they found humans who received them with hostility. Some of the votans were allowed to live in the small colony of Brazil while others were living in their spaceships that were revolving around the earth. Negotiations broke down when an anti alien lad shot the votants ambassador on the visit of the UN and thus a cold war broke out! And accordingly the story goes on! To be honest, what I most liked about this series is Grant’s clothing than anything else. His Defiance leather jacket is the one that I wish I had.
