There is no shortage of meritorious engineering aspirants in the country who despite such tough competition manage to clear the most coveted engineering entrance exam JEE (Main) and JEE (Advanced). But sometimes due to lack of funds, they have to let go off their dreams. AIEESE (Secondary) offers excellent financial support to the IIT and NIT aspirants by offering them a scholarship so that they can pursue engineering education without any financial hurdle. To be eligible for the scholarship, the aspirants are required to clear the AIEESE (Secondary) examination as well along with the JEE (Main) and JEE (Advanced). This merit-based scholarship examination which offers a scholarship for IIT/NIT across the country acts as great financial assistance for the candidates who are not well off. AIEESE (Secondary) exam is a yearly program which ensures no deserving candidate has to leave the seat due to the lack of funds. The scholarship will be based on merit ranging up to the waiver of the tuition fee of 4 years. All qualified candidates will get a standard laptop which is the least aspect of scholarship. APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR AIEESE (SECONDARY) 2020 The candidates can apply for the AIEESE (Secondary)-2020 through the online portal by following the below-given steps. 1. Register at www.aieesesecondary.co.in. The first and foremost step is to register on the website by entering the mobile number and the email id. The applicant needs to confirm the registration with the OTP sent on their mobile phones.
2. Next step is to duly fill in the application form with the correct details. The candidates can proceed using the registered mobile number.
3. The applicants are required to upload a scanned copy of the coloured passport-sized photograph. It is to be noted that the photo must be in the .jpeg, .jpg or .png format only. The candidate is also required to enter the Aadhar number.
4. The next step is to pay the examination fees. One can do this using the Debit card, credit card or net banking.
The fee structure goes as below: GEN / OBC (Male):Rs. 1250/-
ST / SC / PH (Male): Rs. 1050/-
Female (all categories): Rs. 1050/-
The above-stated fees are inclusive of GST.
5. Click on the Submit button to submit the application form.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA The applicant must have cleared or must be appearing for its Class 10+2 examination and shall attain 60% marks in all subjects. The applicants whose are born on or after 1st October 1995 are eligible to appear for AIEESE (Secondary) examination.
