There are many things to do with kids in the Atlanta area that can keep you busy on your vacation. Here are a few great things to check out. - Stone Mountain – This stone monolith rises up out of the ground to an elevation of 1,686 feet. It features a carving on one side of the mountain and a wide variety of activities for the whole family in every season. One of the best things to do is to ride the cable car to the top and take in the views.
- Georgia Aquarium – Most well-known for its whale sharks, the Georgia Aquarium has one of the largest single exhibits in the world. With over 10 million gallons of water and over 500 different species of animals it is the largest aquarium in the western hemisphere.
- World of Coca-Cola – Ever wonder how they make soft drinks? This attraction provides insight into the way many of today’s popular drinks are created. You can even sample different types of Coca-Cola from around the world.
These are just a few of the many things to do with kids in the Atlanta area. There are many options and you can easily fill up your entire vacation to keep everyone happy and busy.
