With our busy lives you should try and start the day with stretching or some form of exercise. This will help energize your system, and get your blood flowing and start to warm up your muscles. This also has a positive effect on your brain. Start out slowly it does not have to be strenuous. In the morning it can be just ten to twenty minutes of calisthenics and stretching taking slow deep breathes. The first thing in the morning exercise will get your body moving and prepared for the day. You can try a meditative session to ground you. You then can be relaxed and aligned state of mind patient and focused for the tasks ahead. Make sure to focus your breathing which will relieve tension and center your well being on what matters most. Now you can eat a light healthy meal or breakfast. You should include fruit and juices and the green tea. This will incorporate and maintain proper minerals, vitamins and nutrients in your bloodstream. Your energy level needs to be high for prolonged and intense mental work, whether for a hour or several hours of your daily participation at work or home. Fitness stress management
