Bardolino Another famous red wine of the region, Bardolino is traditionally made from grapes grown on the shores of Lake Garda. It has a bold flavour thanks to the addition of the Sangiovese grape, although it is primarily made from Corvina and Rondinella. Soave A fresh and fruity white from the Soave region to the east of Verona, this vintage made with Garganega grapes is a classic. When enjoyed alongside the Caciocavallo cheese, the flavours of the wine really sing.
