Tickets went on sale yesterday for the 15th Shanghai InternationalFilm Festival, with 50,000 sold by late afternoon. Group and individual tickets were available at 28 cinemas aroundthe city, including the Shanghai Film Art Center, Stellar CinemaCity and Yonghua Cinema. Movie buffs can also buy tickets online or via cell phone. Pricesfor screenings range from 40 yuan (US$6.35) to 60 yuan.
