Acupuncture is a venture that interests a lot of people. Students have the opportunity to pursue a certificate, diploma, and degree. One can also advance to getting masters in acupuncture. To be certified, the students are required to sit for an exam and pass before they graduate and start released to start their career. To practice acupuncture, one has to be licensed by NCCAOM – National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine just like any other doctor. To be licensed, one will be required to take a state-issued exam. It is therefore important therefore that you attend accredited institution to get quality training and education.
