Here are some important tips on how to avoid common injuries while doing Yoga postures. The Yoga postures are done with an aim to provide strength, flexibility and relaxation to the body. The Yoga exercises carried out regularly can keep you healthy and disease free all your life. But proper care needs to be taken while performing certain yoga postures.
