Fibromyalgia is a very complicated syndrome. Treating it is just as difficult. It has long term issues and great pain in the muscles and connective tissues. When you are in pain this much, it naturally effects your level of energy, your sleep, and may even cause anxiety or depression. The actual cause of it is not known.
