You should drink water throughout the day averaging 8 to 9 cups. The benefits of drinking plenty of water include; increased metabolism and clearer skin. Don’t skip meals. Eating a healthy breakfast is another way to boost energy levels. Research has found that individuals who skip breakfast develop a greater level of fatigue than those who eat first thing in the morning. When you eat in the mornings it is like putting fuel in your body. Some research indicates that skipping any meal can lead to a lack of energy and will affect your mood.
