RECIPE: Ingredients: Combine dry: 7 cups All-Purpose Flour 4 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp all-spice 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup of mixed fruit. Use 1/4 cup for topping. Combine wet: 2 bottles Dragon Stout 1 1/2 cup of sweet red wine 2 cups dark brown sugar ½ cup Grace Guava Jelly 1 cup low-fat butter or 1 stick 2 eggs beaten 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract 1 tbsp almond extract 4 tsp browning

Step-By-Step Instructions:

1. Combine all dry ingredients, except for the brown sugar. Place ¼ cup of fruit mix aside for topping. Add brown sugar to wet ingredients. 2. Pre-heat oven to 325 ‘F for small loaves, and 335’F for large loafs 3. Combine all wet ingredients, except for the browning and guava jelly, on low heat for 8 minutes. 4. Cool the wet mixture to 110’F. 5. Add wet mixture to dry and fold, combine thoroughly. 6. Add guava jelly and browning to the mixture and mix well 7. Pour mixture into four 3.75 X 8-inch rectangular foil pan (small buns) or two 5 X 9-inch pan (large buns) 8. Use the remaining 1/4 cup of fruit mix and top bun batter. Also, top batter with two cherries (small bun) or four cherries (large bun) 9. Place bun batter mix into the pre-heated oven. Bake for 1 hr. at 325 ‘F for small buns or 80 minutes at 335’ F for large Easter buns. 10. Remove loaves from oven and glaze. 11. Glaze bun with 1 tbsp melted low-fat butter with caramelized brown sugar. 12. Place Easter loaves on cooling racks. 13. Store at 70-75’F.
