It can be easily reached in the centre of Jacksonville if you take the I-95 to International airport Road (exit 363-B), and also the westbound signposted route to the terminal. Road access from Atlanta and St Augustine is usually via the I-95. Jacksonville Airport is recognized as the gateway to northeast Florida and southeast Georgia with fourteen major and regional airlines operating straight from the airport offering over two hundred daily flight arrivals and departures. The main terminal contains a large courtyard with a few bars and restaurants in addition to a stage were local bands perform right at the end of each month. All of the ground transportation services like the car hire companies, taxis and limousines are located on the lower level of the terminal building next to the baggage reclaim location. Gator City Taxis may be the official taxi company serving the airport and Express Shuttle can be a minibus service which takes passengers any place in Florida or Southeast Georgia. There is not a rail terminus at this airport, but you can take a bus transfer or taxi into downtown Jacksonville where you can make a connection to the nearest Amtrak Railway Station. Long and short term car parking is available next to the terminal building, with economy parking a lot located further away and linked by a free shuttle bus. Jacksonville Airport terminal offers a Courtesy Waiting Lot for individuals picking up passengers that's located just beyond the Administration Building as you approach the terminal. ATMs are available on the lower level after baggage reclaim and on the upper level before the security checkpoint inside arrivals area. There can be a massage parlour, chapel, memorial and video game arcade purchased at the airport, with Laptop Lane providing laptop connections and fax and photocopying businesses. Jacksonville Airport is fully accessible with lifts connecting both grades and facilities for inept customers. Passengers with special needs should contact their airline to arrange assistance. Wheelchairs are available and there are disabled toilets on just about all levels and concourses. There are a number of bars, coffee stores, restaurants and snack bars over the upper level courtyard and concourses at the airport. Jacksonville Airport carries a book store, newsagents and gift shops, a luxurious gifts store, leather shop and sunglasses outlets plus a PGA golf shop. . It is incredibly relaxing and generally fails to tickle. You may even drop off. It assists reduce stress, assists with pain control; balances hormones that will enhance a person's state of mind.
