Services offered to him by the nation are not favors but a citizen’s right. He should not waste the opportunities given to him in the form of materials/documents/services as; these opportunities are the one for the nation itself, for its growth. If the citizen does not consider the services, administrative procedures of the nation as important, then he in turn do not have the right to claim that he is important, in front of the nation. There have been many patriots which have laid their lives for the nation. Jana Gana Mana – the Indian National anthem is the song which binds everyone together. The Indian national anthem was originally first sung in 1911 in the Calcutta assembly but on 24th January 1950. The Indian freedom fighters were also notable poets. The aristocratic words of these freedom fighters would tingle the hair on anyone’s back of the neck. Batukeshwar Dutt, Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad and many more. It can be described as an amalgamation of words which binds different people from different regions in an uncanny fashion. A national anthem is arguably one of the most important aspects of a country’s independent status and it is the umbrella under which the country can rally and be proud of. This also encompasses the struggles of revolution and rebellion. When this story is told over and over again it reminds people of how their nation came to be and how they should be proud to be who they are. National anthems have truly only one purpose, to instill patriotism and nationalism in day to day life. The national anthem brings out a natural reaction from everyone who hears it or sings it. It is the instant mix of patriotism and nationalism. School students, office goers, home makers, business men and women and even the most hardened of criminals feel something that cannot be easily explained in words on hearing and singing the National Anthem. The national anthem describes the beautiful and mesmerizing land of India and spurs us on to achieve more for the country. The national anthem will be sung on 6th May at 10 am by lakhs of people across the country.
