The wealth of knowledge and experience at these meetings is invaluable, but you will probably be surprised also at the fact that you will discover that you have lots of topics to talk about that will help the other members. I don't just mean listening to other people here, learning to listen to your own voice as you speak, can teach you an awful lot, and can bring you more confidence each time you stand up to deliver your message. I also like to visualise my presentation 10 minutes before I go on. The main thing here is to prepare in a way that suits you the best and which you are most comfortable with.
