Acton - Slightly further out in zone 3, we had to include Acton as its simply a rise of passage to spend time here when you can come. Home to the Redback Tavern, a drinking hole popular with Aussies, Saffa's and Kiwis, Acton is very cheap to live in nonetheless well connected - its only 20 minutes to Heathrow and half an hour to central London for a the Piccadilly line. It is possible to pick up a double room for about?? 400 a month way too - bargain!
Belsize Woodland - Home to help celebs like Gwyneth together with Jude this is kind of like a village within Manchester - gorgeous boutiques and a lot of cafes and quant pubs to enjoy the day people viewing in. Not far to primrose hill expect to pay more here, but that doesn't mean bargains aren't to be had! Double room will probably cost you?? 700.
Notting Slope - If you're a fan of the movie you'll probably be in need of the red door - but rumour has the idea it's been painted blue now so it might take a while! Shepherds Rose bush - Another Aussie home abroad this area has really come alive in the last couple of years as a result of police crackdown in the area and the opening of the huge Westfield shopping centre - rents are still cheap and transport links are great relating to the central line, so it's no wonder it's popular with us Antipodeans! If you love the expensive instances Notting Hill or Holland Park but can't afford the price tag then move here as you'll be only short walk away.
Marylebone - Located in zone 1 and highlighting Regents Park and Baker Street, this certainly is inside city living.
