If you are a seller, you can still sell your house for a reasonable price in a buyer’s real estate trading zone and make a profit. For sellers, it is especially important to price the house appropriately and also be patient. Since there is an overabundance of houses available, buyers will avoid a house that is overpriced, especially if there are reasonably priced new houses in the commercial area. In addition, sellers should take special care to prepare the house before an open house, which means cleaning the house, mowing the lawn, fixing any cracks or painting the walls.
