They say our attention spans are now worse than a goldfish’s. I’m not too sure if that’s true, but I do see instances of it being proven true. A couple of examples off the top of my head: People skipping songs before they even get to the end (Probably not the best example, but I’ll list it anyway). Checking social media in the middle of doing work. Skimming through any kind of long form content. A couple of months ago, I got into the habit of going on daily walks for no reason other than to stay active and get myself some fresh air. I always try to take at least 10,000 steps, which roughly translates to an hour to an hour and a half of walking.
