25. Earthquake Strikes Eastern Indonesia

Seismologists say a strong earthquake has struck under the sea off Indonesia's Sulawesi Island.  The U.S. Geological Survey says the seven-point-three magnitude quake struck late Sunday, 130 kilometers northwest of Ternate island in eastern Indonesia.  Indonesian authorities put the quake strength at six-point-five magnitude. While the Indonesian authorities say the quake could pose a tsunami risk, no tsunami warning has been issued.
