A team is actually a group who unite over a selected undertaking or goal. Belonging to a team is a result of feeling part of a thing larger than oneself. A winning team funnels the ability of team members for the all round good of the company. Employers in each and every workplace talk about building the team, working as a team and my team. What is it about our culture these days that our language appear to get us to say the exact opposite of what we in fact necessarily mean? Isn't it strange that as soon as the youth say that someone is bad, it actually implies they feel they are good? Today's youth take some thing superb and believe its "cool" when back in the seventies they all thought that thing was "hot"!
