Taking place in mid-September following grape harvesting season, the town of Binissalem transforms into a party zone, hosting wine tasting and grape-throwing competitions. Not only are there many grape-related celebrations, there’s also a mass outdoor supper, at which you can sample home cooked Mallorcan delicacies. Leave your expectations at the door and join in the fun atmosphere, but don’t forget your umbrella – because you’ll need it if you get too close to the grape-throwing! Dijous Bo Inca’s November festival attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. You can browse authentic Mallorcan wares and admire local arts and crafts.
