It also has a high loft and compressibility factor that the lesser downs cannot match. 900 Fill Down is used exclusively by The North Face and is the highest quality goose down on the market today. It is highly compressible and boasts the highest warmth-to-weight ratio. The Achilles heel of down is moisture; if it gets wet it loses its loft and its insulating ability.
