Swine flu has reached pandemic proportions and has reached into the town of Providence, Rhode Island. The mayor of Providence has encouraged the vaccine's use by making the immunizations available at all of the local schools. It was recently reported that a twelve year old girl in the nearby town of Bristol died of the swine flu. Get adequate rest in order to boost the immune system. Eat abundant fresh vegetables and fruits. Don't touch your eyes, as this is an easy way to spread germs. Stay out of large crowds when possible. If a family member is sick, wear a protective mask while caring for them. Get a flu shot.
