Make him feel very welcome in asking you questions, advices, or guidance whenever he needs light. Understanding your child could help you better understand how you could become more helpful and approachable. As much as possible, do not make him feel intimated, annoyed, and scared of you. If that happens due to inevitable reasons, try to talk to your child during calm moments and make him feel that you would always be nice and approachable for him.
