Though a disadvantage for the corporation that owns a condominium, this can be an advantage for many Filipinos looking for cheaper condominium units. However, compared to condominium complexes complete with amenities such as those mentioned above, these cheaper condominiums are known only to provide basic amenities such as parks and playgrounds.
