These security measures are modern day versions of an ancient castle’s protective moat which surrounded the castle and kept enemies out. * Electrical and Mechanical Access Controls: Electrical access controls include keypad entry systems which can be mounted in doorways or garage doors. Mechanical access controls include security doors, gates and locking hardware. Modern locks are much more effective than those of yesteryear and are far less likely to be picked or pried open with crowbars or lock bumping techniques. A dead bolt is also a helpful piece of equipment for controlling access to a home. All of the above components will work well to secure your home or business, as well as the people in it.
