Whilst fast foods like fish & chips, chicken & chips etc. can be very tasty and easily accessible. So long as this type of lifestyle is not repeated five too seven days a week because it could cause you problems later on in life, and cause you to have high cholesterol, and dear I say it heart disease; hence the reason it is absolutely imperative that children especially are discouraged from eating too much fast food. This also applies to anyone with particular health problems such as diabetics they need to have a proper balanced diet. We now live in a technology driven age where computers are used to carry out our shopping transactions, and play stations are more appealing to children than real sports, and even recreational activities such as scouting that we were once familiar with a decade or so ago; one could argue that our children aren't as healthy as they should be. Real sports like tennis, football, rowing etc. is not only good for the heart because it allows you to inhale a lot of oxygen, thus clearing our lungs; but is also good for our mental stimulation, in terms of our reaction and how we communicate with others. I mean, you can hardly think that by being sat on a couch or worse still bed, munching away at pizza's and playing on your computer game is as healthy as a good work out or even a challenging game of football can you? So why not if you're young or even if you're ageing consider your diet and lifestyle to be important to your social and mental state of mind and get yourself healthy and start feeling better about your self, because the better you feel the better impact you will have on your friends and families.
