Carmen Electra was born Tara Patrick on April 20th, 1972 in the small town of White Oak, Ohio. Tara grew up in the town of Cincinnati, Ohio. Tara is of Irish and Native American descent. Her look is exotic but she is a classic beauty. She attended a special school for aspiring actors and performers in Cincinnati, the School for Creative and Performing Arts.
