Other items If you plan to have a TV in the playroom, a sturdy cabinet anchored to the wall is the best option, as TVs sitting on furniture may be turned over. Dry erase boards and chalk boards on the walls are good substitutes to easels that sit in the floor. Play kitchens, tool benches, doll furniture and puppet stands may also find their home in the playroom.
