Toxins in the body can just as easily come from natural products as it can from ingesting pollutants. The body has different organs, such as liver, kidneys and spleen, to filter out unwanted substances and waste and remove them from the body. That's what detoxification actually is. When you eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, meats and grains, your body will pull out the nutrients and minerals it needs and dispose of the parts it doesn't need. Natural detoxification comes from diet and exercise, and while it will keep your body, skin and hair healthy, strong and functioning properly. It also keeps your immune system running at high efficiency, allowing your body to do it's job of protecting you from illness.
So, if you really want to detox yourself, eat well, drink lots of water, get plenty of rest each night, and put a little exercise in your routine.
