Exfoliate dead skin cells often to allow skin the regenerate itself and keep pores from clogging. Wash new clothing before you wear it to keep excess dye from contaminating your skin. Try to avoid heavily perfumed soaps and body washes as this tends to dry out the skin. Wash your face in the morning and again before bed, and always rinse it with cold water to close pores and prevent dirt and oil from finding their way in. Radiant skin is healthy skin.
