Steven P. Jobs plays a vital role in the success of Apple products including iPhone, iPod, iBook, iMac and iPad. It seems that this great man has special ability to foreseen consumer electronics future and what people really want. But we all know that Steve Jobs health condition is not so optimistic. Many people worry that without him at the helm, can Apple keep its leading position in rapid-fire consumer electronics battle field? Year after year, Jobs create miracles one after another. How could he grasp what consumers' need appropriately for most of the time? Without him, would Apple products be so successful? Could they surpass Microsoft last year? Could their profits and sales jump over 70 percent in the fourth quarter last year? Many Apple Fans think that Apple might not be on a roll without Jobs. Some people think this man is stubborn as he is usually uncompromising in final product decisions - They worry that Apple's way of business might put their business at stake in the future. His understanding of users' requirements, technology tendency as well as current culture fashion help Apple achieve one success after another. Is there anyone inside Apple who could replace him? Who knows. But we all know, Jobs' skill and his insight are unparalleled. When Jobs' was on his medical leave, Timothy D. Cook, the chief operating officer led Apple. The man was recruited from Compaq in 1998 by Mr. Jobs. There were a lot of other people who recruited by Steve gave a lot of contribution to Apple's development. Jobs' cohesion power is uncanny. If he has to leave Apple, Apple should choose another person who is as excellent as him.
