This will replace all the liquids in your body, keeping it hydrated and moisturized. 6-8 glasses of water shall do the trick, and drinking water can’t do any harm on you, right? 3. Never sleep with your makeup on – it has been said that your skin ages 8 times faster if you sleep with your makeup on. This means that you will look 8 years older if you were able to accumulate 365 nights of sleeping without removing your makeup.
