However, there are still a lot of women who can’t avoid drinking alcohol, and if you are one of them, then red wine will work well with you. Aside from anti-oxidants, red wine is also proven to be beneficial for ones skin, and can effectively fight skin aging.
2. Water Water Water – dehydration is very bad for ones skin. Aside from lack of moisture, dehydration can also cause irreversible damages. If you are going to talk to any beauty expert, the first thing that they will be telling you is to drink a lot of water. This will replace all the liquids in your body, keeping it hydrated and moisturized. 6-8 glasses of water shall do the trick, and drinking water can’t do any harm on you, right?
3. Never sleep with your makeup on – it has been said that your skin ages 8 times faster if you sleep with your makeup on. This means that you will look 8 years older if you were able to accumulate 365 nights of sleeping without removing your makeup. So, make sure that you wash your face twice before going to bed in order to keep the youthful glow of your skin.
