The London Dungeon invites you to delve into the capital’s most blood-curdling history. Our gruesomely ghastly British Sign Language interpreter will take you on an exclusive guided tour through London’s dark past from demon barber Sweeney Todd to the infamous Jack the Ripper. Live actors, 3 hair-raising rides, shows and special effects transport you back to those black, bleak times…are you brave enough? The majority of our facilities are designed to be fully accessible to our disabled guests. However due to the complex nature of an emergency evacuation it is not possible for disabled people who are wheelchair users or who have considerable difficulties walking, to access the Boat Ride. Due to the intense nature of the Drop Ride, Extremis, guests who are unable to brace themselves unaided are not permitted to ride. Navigating around the Dungeon will be mainly via level pathways. However due to the nature of the attraction some floor surfaces are uneven. Access is also gained via low gradient slopes and to the boat ride via a set of 7 steps, although non ambulant guests will be guided around and reunited with the group on the other side of the Boat Ride. The London Dungeon tour lasts approximately 90 minutes, of which most you will be required to stand. New from 28th May 2011 – Vengeance: The UKs First 5D Laser Ride.
