These are drills that you can easily do on your own all you will need is a gym and two basketballs that you can dribble. Start at a baseline with a basketball in each of your hands. Get into a good offensive position and dribble one of the balls when the ball hits the ground you will then want to start dribbling the other ball. As you alternate the hands that you are dribbling with you will start to walk up and down the court. When you make it to the other side of the court you will then want to turn around, while still dribbling, and head back to the other baseline. While you are participating in this drill you will be increasing your ability to handle the ball well with each of your hands. This is very important and many people only practice dribbling with their strong hand. You will probably start by doing this drill very slowly. Eventually, you should be working enough on the drill so that you are able to easily increase your speed up and down the court without hesitating as you are dribbling. Make sure that you understand how you are going to do this consistently. You have to make sure that you find tune your dribbling skills so that you are sure that you are getting all that you can out of the workout.
