With property taxes for new build property in Spain reduced by 4% thus saving a Spanish property buyer some 40,000 Euros on a luxury new build apartment in Marbella the obvious question is how much of a deal is this for Luxury property buyers in Costa del Sol? The answer to this question is how much value is the buyer actually getting and does the new build property represent similar value to that of a resale property. In Costa del Sol there is a positive answer to this question because there is heavily discounted new build luxury property available that already offers huge,value for money hence the 4% tax saving on these properties do offer a great incentive. Even on the pure out and out luxury property 4% is still worth having but it's the heavily discounted key ready luxury new developments thatreally make sense in this market. To illustrate this point let's have a look at three developments that offer such great value. The First being Samara Resort in the prime location area of Los Monteros in Marbella with prices between 295,000 Euros and 800,000 Euros these wonderful luxury apartments already have upwards of a twenty five percent discount so the 4% saving in taxes does make a difference. Secondly let's look at Lomas del Rey in the New Golden Mile which again offers big discounts and because its brand new there is nothing quite like it in this area. With prices from 580,000 Euros the 4% saving is very attractive. Lastly and for me the real deal of all real deals in Banus Beach Gardens second line beach in Puerto Banus. This project has been reduced by more than 50% from its original launch price and is in prime location and with prices starting at 470,000 Euros there is no doubt the 4% tax saving is a real bonus, the cream on top if you like. Luxury property for sale in Estepona and Marbella is well worth further investigation. Do luxury property buyers look at the finer points of property taxes or do they just see something they love and just have it. In this market people are still looking for a deal so no matter what the price all buyers are looking for a deal in this market So to answer the question yes even for luxury property buyers the 4% tax saving can be a real incentive to buy luxury property for sale in Elvria or Marbella if you can find the right development to buy.
