The pre printing dryer ensures that the textile substrate is perfectly dry and ready to accept ink. The air dryer after the printing process ensures that the image has dried on the substrate before it is removed, thereby preventing image warp (which can be caused when fabric holding a still wet image, creases). Different types of textile substrate and different kinds of print call for different inks. Your digital textile printer will be able to accept any format or type of ink, to ensure the widest possible service from a single machine. The printer is ideal for use by small printing businesses that need to keep costs down without compromising on quality. Fabric rolling into the printing area is passed over a barrel-shaped device, which tautens the substrate perfectly. When it lands on the printing blanket there will be no creases or distortion of any kind. A laser beam guide allows printers to manually align the fabric on the print blanket with absolute certainty. The digital textile printer is available in a range of sizes. Every printer is capable of printing across a spectrum of dpi and larger models can print as many as 500 square metres every hour.
