Under this program a certain number of colleges are members and they import and export certain number of students for higher or specialized study. The program had been helpful in increasing the number of student enrolment for higher education. The program offers course with scholarships or with nominal or no fees. To get the benefits of tuition exchange program, first as a faculty or staff of the college, you have to register with the program before applying for tuition scholarship. Every year colleges under tuition exchange program announce vacancies and scholarships. So if as a faculty your child is eligible for the program you can apply for the course in the institution of your choice. The exchange program comes in use during tuition for university. Most of the students do not reach till university as the university education is very expensive but under this program the fees is handled and higher education become easy and accessible. As I discussed earlier the benefits of the program opens gates for high quality employees and high caliber and talented students. Higher education which comes at affordable rate has become a life savior for many and has improved career of students and opened wide opportunities.
