How vibrating screen works - Working Principle: The vibrating screen is designed to filtrate crushed materials from fine dust to coarse particles. The screen frame is with a bolted and welded steel structure. The screen is equipped with an eccentric shaft, which is made from alloy steel. In order to achieve efficient operation and low maintenance costs, heavy duty double spherical bearings with dust and water tight seals are installed. Its vibration source is an vibration exciter composed of vibrator, screen box, and vibration isolation mounting. It has rectangular screen surface, which is installed in the screen box. Under the action of the vibrator, the screen box and screen surface will produce a circular, elliptical or linear vibrating track. It is suitable for various screening operations. Due to the circular vibrating track of the screen surface, the materials on the screen surface will continuously flip.
Structure of circular vibrating screen: Constituent parts mainly include screen box, mesh, shock-mitigating device, vibrator, and underframe, etc. The side plate of the screen box is installed with the vibrator ( how vibrating feeder works). The motor drives the vibration exciter to swing with a high speed, thus generating a strong centrifugal force which compels the screen box to vibrate. Each constituent part of the vibrator, such as the side plate, beam and underframe, is connected by ring-grooved rivets or high-strength bolts.

If any fault appears, stop the machine immediately, and it can be started again only if the fault is removed.
