All thought can manifest into form at some level. Be impeccable with your thought and words. Before you speak, ask your self, is what I am about to say going to BLESS someone, or not? This is such a simple spiritual practice that can lead to deep peace and contentment. Thoughts can become words, words become form. As you become more aware of how you think, and become active in being the obsever of your thoughts, you will become mindful of how you speak. Simple rule of thumb is, as you think, therefore you are. That which will bless others comes from being connected to God. That which will hurt others is coming from fear, or ego. Which one you choose is the master you serve.
