Art is everywhere you look. It's in the magazines you read, it's on the television, it's on the side of the bus, and sometimes it's also on the cars we drive. It comes in many shapes and forms including but not limited to: photography, paintings, sculptures, statues, airbrushing, advertisements, etc. The world we live in is completely enveloped by literally thousands of different creations made by a plethera of different artists across the globe every single day. Artists like Magellan and Van Gogh are world renowned for their paintings, among other things and today, there are those who have chosen to “think outside of the box” when it comes to the world of art and have taken things to a whole new level. These people have pushed the boundaries of the art world by using mediums that most would never even consider or see a use for. Some of them “normal”, some of them twisted, and some even completely bizarre. Some of the most inventive creations I have come across include the dusty back window of a car, duct tape holding live human beings to a wall, building materials such as slatwall , bricks, and even plastic piping generally used for plumbing, sidewalk chalk, and even meat. Yes, meat. No matter how you look at it or what your tastes as far as artwork goes, you have to admit: there are some extremely creative and innovative minds at work in this world. Pushing the boundaries of what we refer to as “art” one sculpture made entirely of meat at a time.
