For all those who have stayed away form chocolate thinking they could harm you or spoil your diet, well think again. Gluten Free chocolate is harmless for people on diet. For teenage kids who fuss a lot over breakfast and then ramble on saying “I am hungry but I just can’t eat”, you might want to offer them gluten free chocolate or meals made of it.
