These RC helicopters are operated using a remote control device and depending upon the types of devices they are of two types: - Infrared RC helicopters.

The advantage of infrared model is that they have no antenna and have to place the controlling device in the direction of helicopters. Different companies launch their different models of infrared operating helicopters but this model has its own limitations and is not much popular while the radio controlled helicopter is very much famous among youngsters. RC helicopters are widely used by the teen agers who enjoy playing with such toys and are passionate in discovering a new world of fun and amusement. The exciting feature is that it is available at many shops and at low prices and for those who cannot buy them, they are also available at discount shops as well so that everyone can enjoy and can have fun with them. Although these are a source of joy and amusement for the children yet special care is needed because they can harm little children if special cares are not being made, because everything which is introduced in the market has its plus points as well as negative points and it depends upon the user. There is a special type of radio control helicopters which is known as gas helicopters, this type is much more similar to the real helicopters and need special care while flying them because they are designed for the experts. These helicopters are much larger in size and resemble the original helicopters. These helicopters can also be used for the purpose of studying and can be used for doing some important tasks where the humans have no excess because modern RC helicopters have camera also which makes them very useful device. Nevertheless it is a very interesting and a useful device and getting common in every part of the world each day.
