The use of adjustable bed can be traced back to the 16th century. These forms of material are preferred by people as is evidenced by consumers who have used them not using any other type thereafter. Another popular type of adjustable bed is made from air. These mattresses are made from air coils which can be inflated or deflated to the comfort level of the person using it. The support coils do not use a hard metal material which enables a better response and comfort level for individuals. These beds are also preferred by couples with different sleeping comfort levels, since each side of the bed can be changed to match those needs.
