There have been the tendencies among the bigger companies of the world to outsource their jobs to the countries where they have to pay a lot lesser amount of salaries to the employees. In this way they can save a whole lot of investment from being going down the path of salary exchequer. Thus there is the increase of these companies invading the markets of the third world where they can find easy as well as efficient labors at a very low price also. The main source of outsourcing is the companies related to the IT sector. The IT outsourcing have been one of the issues that has been among the headlines these days. With more and more companies taking out there jobs for the origin country to the various other countries like India and Philippines, the IT outsourcing have been at its height before and after the recession’s period. And as the recession has hit the market of the west, there have been job losses among the employees in the branch of company there. These employees have demanded that the company should restore those jobs that they have outsourced to the various other countries and should take them in place of recruiting newer employees in those countries every year. Virtual desktop infrastructure or the VDI has been one of the main branches of the whole IT industry, where they have been recruiting the people from various parts of the world to do the job for them. But recent years have seen that the companies have established one or two of their units in those countries like India and those other in the south Asia region where they have found a lot of efficient skilled people to do the job of the virtual desktop infrastructure and that they do the job with more efficiency than those people back in the origin country. There is another aspect of profit generation by the outsourcing of the jobs to these various countries, like the companies now can generate money from the easily accessible business phone systems, as the same business phone systemscosts them higher in their own country of origin.
