To make these brownies, follow this simple recipe: - 200g best quality chocolate - 250g butter (unsalted) - 80g cocoa powder - 360g caster sugar - 65g plain flour - 4 large eggs - 1tsp baking powder 1. Preheat oven to 180?C and line a standard square baking tin with greaseproof paper. 2. Mix the cocoa powder, sugar, flour and baking powder in a bowl. Additionally melt the butter and chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water until fully melted and smooth. 3. Add this to the mixture of cocoa and flour. 4. Stir and add in the beaten eggs until smooth. 5. Pour into your tin and bake for 25 minutes until springy to touch. 6.
