The Bachelor has been around for ten seasons now and the viewers have been pretty much bored with the typical stuff they put into their reality dating game. Apparently, they have no taste in diversity as they tend to recruit only the white men and women from the south to serve as their Bachelor and Bachelorettes. There are only a few Asian or black participants and they certainly have filtered out other ethnicities such as Indian or Middle Eastern. Tonight, during the commercials for Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann, ABC finally revealed their newest Bachelor. It's no more than another white guy, but this time, with an accent. His name is Matt Grant. He isn't your typical white guy, though. That's because he's an international bachelor, coming straight from London ! He's a 27-year-old global financier who works with millionaires every day of his life, and thus is a pretty successful stud. However, he says that he is willing to give it all up to find the woman of his dreams. Just like all those who came before him, Matt is hoping to get married soon and settle down to start a family as soon as possible. He describes his ideal woman to be adventurous, outgoing, and fun. And most importantly, Matt loves American women. The newest Bachelor is in fact the youngest of five brothers, all of whom has gotten married and have their own families. Matt is close to his parents, who have been married for 30 years, and still maintain a romantic relationship. Moreover, he aspires to lead a family life like his father's, as Matt values his family above everything else. Matt isn't just good looking, in fact, he is also athletic and intelligent. He earned his B.A. in modern history and politics from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge where he was the captain of the university rowing team. He also enjoys playing cricket and tennis. His hobbies include working out and keeping up to date with current events. Matt Grant serves as The Bachelor in the season 11 of ABC's reality dating game. On Monday, March 17, together with the rest of America , he'll be meeting the 25 women who will captivate his heart.
