The most unexpected person to do such decision did the unthinkable. Jonny Fairplay, famous for being a super villain on Survivor, delivered the news that shocked everyone. He is leaving the show. Jonny Fairplay came to this resolution because he couldn’t stop thinking about his fiancée Michelle Deighton. Deighton, America’s Next Top Model contestant, was just two months away from giving birth when Fairplay went to Palau and filmed for the show. Fairplay simply can’t stop thinking about his significant half and their first born. He verbalized this to everyone and requested them to vote him off. And they did, leaving the fans of the show astonished. Viewers may be reacting in different ways but Fairplay is definitely relieved and all excited to go home. Dreighton just gave birth early January and named their child Piper Addison. The baby girl weighed 6 lbs 8 oz upon birth. Jonny Fairplay, who is Jon Dalton in real life, is undeniably one of the strongest and perhaps the most controversial player ever to be on the hit reality series. Viewers can either just love or just hate this man who finished third place on Palau: Survivor Islands. Dalton became famous after making up what host Jeff Probst considered “the biggest lie in Survivor history.” He is remembered as the competitor who conspired with friend Dan Fields, and asked him to announce that Fairplay’s grandmother had died. Fields complied. Dalton pretended to be shocked and upset, and their plan worked. The motive was simply to get sympathies from other players, and this eventually allowed Dalton to switch alliances every now and then until he was able to gain a spot in the final three. Jean Cooke, his grandmother, is of course all good, healthy and very much alive. This was discovered by the staff when they called Dalton ’s family to offer condolences. It was Cooke herself who answered the phone. Fairplay was also reportedly the first and only contestant on Survivor who showed up drunk at a Tribal Council. But perhaps all this immaturity will be thrown out of the window now. His decision to give up fame just showed everyone the kind of father he is going to be. The strongest contestant will not emerge as a winner on the show but he just made it evident and clear what he considers as the real prize in his life is-family. And for that, Fairplay remains victorious. For more resources about Survivor or for the full story of Survivor: Micronesia - Fairplay, What the Hell? please review http://www.buddytv.com
