How to make Pave Beads

Business

Pave beads! What are these? This is sure to strike your head as it is rather unfamiliar term. Pave beads are used in many fashion jewelry. These round and heart shaped beads are actually beads with crystals. Wholesale Pave Beads are easily available with local store or online shop. These differ in quality. Best quality hails from Europe. People should be careful before purchasing such kind of beads.

Different types of Pave Beads are available in market. Like the Victorian beads are made with Swarovski crystals but they are no longer made and used these days in India. These are more popular in US and Europe now. This type of pave bead is also called Crystal Pave Beads, or diamond pave beads. Pave beads costs as less as US$ 0.5 up to maximum US$ 2 depending on size. Variety of shapes and glittering beads attracts everyone’s attention.
Other type - Pandora style beads could be used on any type of fashion jewelry. Crystal Pave Beads were filled on the base of metal material.
People are curious to know how these beads are made. So readers here we are going to tell you how we make the crystal pave beads, or pave ball.

It’s an easy task. DIY with your friends and make your choice of beads, just follow the step by step instructions!

Materials Needed

1. Round metal balls or beads (Size depends on your choice)
2. Jewelry tool Tweezer
3. Crystal beads
4. Epoxy glue
5. Hair Dryer
6. Gloves

Instructions

1. Keep your beads in tray so they don’t roll down.
2. Put on gloves on this will protect hands from any reactions. Mix together equal amounts of the two part of the epoxy with fingers well until it perfectly blends to unified color.
3. To prepare the round metal base hold the crystal beads, rhinestone beads or glass beads take a small quantity of epoxy and flatten it. Put bead over it. Cover the bead from all the sides with epoxy.
4. Finish it with your fingers, making sure it is level and smooth from all sides. Put the bead between a waxed sheet and roll it. Rolling the bead removes any finger impressions or stray marks from the bead.
5. Use specifically designed vacuum tweezer for picking the crystals. Switch on. Pick up beads one by one with the help of tweezer and place it on the preferred part of the bead. Release the button on the vacuum to free the crystal and fittingly lay it on the epoxy bead. Alternatively you can use simple tweezer in you makeup kit to carefully hold the rhinestone beads or other material beads and place appropriately to cover the notch of the metal bead.
6. Leave it to dry and let beads set for 30mins.
7. Your diamond pave beads are ready.

Quick Tips

• Use hair dryer to dry the epoxy easily, wait a moment, then
• See for small gaps in between. Fill any gaps by adjusting crystals at the right place with the help of vacuum tweezer tip, if necessary.
• Instead of epoxy you can also use power glue to paste the crystals over beads.
